Layton Okland a Joint Venture is accepting subcontractor proposals for the Utah State Correctional Facility (USCF) Detention Cells. This is a Value Based Selection (VBS) to furnish and install detention cells for the entire project. The overall project consists of a 160-acre improved site, 1.3 million sf consisting of approximately 30 buildings. Functions to include but not limited to Male and Female Detention Housing Pods, Support and Program Buildings, Manufacturing Buildings, Food Service Buildings, Laundry, Warehouse and Maintenance Buildings, Medical and Mental Health Buildings, and other miscellaneous support buildings.
